Information we collect

The contact form collects a name, email address, topic, and message. The booking form may also collect phone, organization, address, event, venue, travel, ministry-request, and proposed-honorarium details.

Use and sharing

Information is used to respond to messages, evaluate invitations, communicate with organizers, and coordinate events. Submissions are processed by Netlify Forms and shared only with authorized team members and service providers as needed. Personal information is not sold.

Retention

Form submissions and related correspondence are retained for no longer than 24 months after the last relevant communication, unless needed for an active engagement, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, or a legal obligation.
